By placing an order on this site you agree to the terms below. They are written to be read, not to hide anything. The seller is Yongchun County Yunhui General Merchandise Store (永春县云汇百货商行), registered at No. 367, Taiping Village, Dongping Town, Yongchun County, Fujian Province, China.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars and include nothing hidden; taxes and duties for destinations outside the US may be collected on import and are the customer’s responsibility. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund orders in cases of pricing error, stock error, or suspected fraud.

Payment

We accept PayPal. Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed. Prices shown at checkout are final – there are no later add-ons.

Shipping & risk

Shipping is free worldwide. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you provided. If a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will replace or refund after the carrier investigation – you will not be left without recourse.

Returns & warranty

Our 30-day return promise and 2-year movement warranty are described on the Returns page and form part of these terms.

Product honesty

We describe movements, materials, and dimensions accurately: automatic references state their calibre; weights are measured, not estimated. Photography shows the actual references; colour may vary slightly between screens.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under your local consumer law.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, and the courts at the seller’s registered place of business have jurisdiction. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you stronger rights, those rights are unaffected.
