The 30-day promise
Wear it, decide later. If you are not keeping a watch, tell us within 30 days of delivery – worn or unworn – and we will refund the full purchase price. Return shipping is free within the US and EU; elsewhere, a flat label cost is deducted from the refund. We ask only that the watch come back in its presentation box.
Refunds are issued to your original PayPal account within 3 business days of the watch arriving back.
How to start a return
Email 18965721561@163.com or call / WhatsApp +86 189 6572 1561 with your order number (it starts with the year) and one line about the reason. We reply with return instructions within one business day – a person, not a form letter.
The 2-year movement warranty
Every LORNEMONT movement is covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects. Service goes through us, not a call centre: use the contact details above and a watchmaker – not an agent – will tell you what is wrong and what happens next.
The warranty does not cover wear you can see coming: strap wear, scratched crystals, water ingress after a crown was left un-screwed, or batteries in quartz references past their natural life. Those are repairable at fair cost.
Damaged on arrival?
Photograph it and email us within 7 days. We replace first, investigate second.
